Signs of eating disorders can vary but may include:

  • Restricting food or a change in eating habits e.g. eating very slowly or very quickly, refusing certain foods
  • Exercising a lot or going to the bathroom a lot after eating
  • Having strict rules or routines around food
  • Changes in mood such as being withdrawn, anxious or depressed

Physical effects of eating disorders may include:
